Birmingham Home & Garden is looking for an Office Manager! This is a central position to our team, and the ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a front-facing role with both staff and clients. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, managing our client database, and improving our administrative systems. The ideal candidate has an interest in the industry and will have the opportunity to assist in marketing, coordinating events, and content creation. Full job description available upon request.


  • Bachelor’s degree (degree in administration, communications, hospitality, or related field preferred)
  • 1-3 years experience in an administrative or management role 
  • Must have exceptional attention to detail
  • Must be proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with Mac OS


  • Experience with WordPress, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Active Campaign
  • Experience in social media content creation  
  • Hands-on experience with office machines (copiers, phone systems, etc.)
